Their are several features that will come standard, including: granite countertops, oak hardwood floors, Siematic cabinets, Kohler fittings and tile backsplash and bathroom floors.

Choose from upgrades like a gas kitchen option, or appliance upgrade packages from GE Profile Collection, GE Monogram Collection and Bosch. Want your kitchen to match the color scheme of your furniture? Then choose from a variety of colors, materials and finishes for tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as variations of the standard granite countertops and hardwood flooring.
