Grubb&Ellis|Barkley Fraser has been hired to undertake commercial sales and leasing at The Cigar Factory, the mixed use project currently under construction in downtown
Charleston. Grubb&Ellis|Barkley Fraser will be responsible for leasing 40,000 square feet of retail space and selling 25,000 square feet of office condominium space.
Chris Fraser, Grubb&Ellis|Barkley Fraser President, is heading a five-person team
that will be responsible for commercial sales. Fraser and his team bring over 50 years of combined commercial real estate experience.
The Cigar Factory will feature multiple office suites ranging from approximately 2,000 to 20,000 square feet, with amenities like a conference facility and fitness center. There will be 12 retail spaces ranging from 800- to 16,000-square feet, which will be configured for restaurants, upscale shops and galleries. All commercial spaces will have access to abundant, free parking.
